Terms of Service

These terms cover underlay.studio and the Artemis demo at demo.underlay.studio. The other party is Riccardo Saro, via Pietro Andrea Saccardo 8, 20134 Milano, Italy, under the brand Underlay. Underlay is not a registered company. Contact: privacy@underlay.studio.

Privacy is in the Privacy Policy. By creating a demo account, signing in, or joining the waitlist, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that policy.

The site and the demo

This is pre-commercial. No paid plan, no SLA. ERP records in the demo are fictional seed data. I may reset a demo tenant, change features, or shut things down.

Waitlist

If you leave your email here, you ask to be contacted about Artemis access and early progress. That is not a licence to email demo-account inboxes for unrelated marketing. Reply to a waitlist email, or write to privacy@underlay.studio, to be removed.

Who can use it

At least 16. Work or evaluation, not as a child. Demo access is by magic link.

The assistant

Artemis is an AI system. It can invent facts and misread data. Check anything that matters. Output is not legal, tax, or professional advice. Do not use it as an automated decision system for hiring, firing, promotion, or credit.

Voice

On the demo, voice audio goes to OpenAI. Transcripts stay in chat. Details in the Privacy Policy.

Your content

You keep what you type, upload, or say. You give me a licence to host it and send it to processors, only to run the service.

Acceptable use

• No illegal activity, malware, or breaking other people's accounts.
• No scraping or reselling the demo as your own product.
• No CSAM or non-consensual intimate images.

Liability

Provided as is. Italian law. Courts of Milan, unless a mandatory consumer rule says otherwise. I remain liable for wilful misconduct and gross negligence.

Changes

If I change these terms in a way that matters, I update the date. Keep using the free demo or waitlist after that date and you accept the new version. If not, stop and ask me to delete your data.
